Return and Exchange Policy

Style, Size, and Photo Changes

If after submitting an order, you want to make any changes, please email us at service@sentimentgifts.com, alternatively, you can search  out to us on Facebook Page, add the order number in the email subject line and explain the changes in the email body. We need to first confirm your item has not started production yet. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. 

Address Changes

We are able to change your address as long as it hasn’t left our facilities. If you need to modify the address, please email us at service@sentimentgifts.com, alternatively, you can search  out to us on Facebook Page, add the order number in the email subject line and the current and new addresses in the email body. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. 

Damaged/Miscarved Items

If you happen to receive a defective product or you are simply not satisfied with a received carve, we will redo and resend your order free of charge. Please email us at service@sentimentgifts.com and include the order number, photos of your items and a brief explanation of the problem. Amember of our team will contact you as soon as pobble. After confirmation, allow 7 days for us to reprint and ship your new order. 

Returns and exchanges of products are possible up to 14 days after receiving them. 

Please note that whatever image you upload, exactly that will be printed on your item. If you have uploaded incorrect size, color or image, we are not responsible for replacing these items. 

Disclaimer and limitation of liabilit
  • If the silver products are damaged or corroded caused by collisions or friction with hard objects, wearing the silver jewelry when bathing or hot springs etc, we are not responsible for any losses. And the behaviors mentioned above will not be protected by our 90 days return policy.
  • If parcels get lost due to the wrong shipping address provided by customers, we will not burden any losses. Under this condition, a refund will not be available.
  • Sentimentgiftsstrives to be as accurate as possible and intends that the colors, design, and style of the products that appear on this site reflect those of the actual product.
  • However, Sentimentgiftsdoes not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or any other content of Sentimentgifts is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Variations caused by technical, typographical, digital, or photographic reasons may occur.
  • Actual colors and the "look and feel" you see on the Sentimentgiftssite will depend on your computer monitor and on other technical factors.
  • If a product offered by Sentimentgiftsitself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.All of Sentimentgifts products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, Sentimentgifts disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Sentimentgifts

Cancellations/Returns

Our products can be cancelled with a refund up until they have begun production (custom print) . To change or cancel an order, please email us at service@sentimentgifts.com with your order number and recipient name in the subject line. This would allow us to locate and cancel your order as soon as you have changed your mind. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel, change or refund it .

Please note that since our products are custom and unique to every client, we may not be able to cancel or change your order for free once the production of the items has begun. You can still cancel or change against a 9USD customization fee. Please understand that this is necessary because we won’t be able to sell the cancelled item to someone else. It is unique and made for you and thus it will have to be discarded. 

All refunds will be credited the original amount paid when the order was made. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow additional 7-10 business days after this email to receive the funds back in your account and it may take another billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement. 


Exchange & Return
