-How long does it take to receive my product?

Please allow between 10-22 business days for your item to be produced and delivered. Production time for product are 3-7 business days. Once produced and shipped, your order will be delivered within 7-15 business days. You can also choose DHL express instead, with delivery time within 7 days.

-Which countries do you deliver to?

We are currently able to ship to these countries around the world. Delivery time for all is 10-22 working days. Please note that during holidays, delivery time might vary. You will be informed accordingly by email.

Note: All prices on our website are in USD. Your card will be charged in the respective currency.

-Can I change the destination country of my order?

You are able to change your delivery address up until your order has been sent out. Once it leaves our warehouse, we are not able to change the address. Please plan accordingly and carefully check the address.

-How much does the shipping cost?

We provide free delivery for orders over 79 USD. Otherwise, the regular delivery fee is $5. DHL express service is $35.99.

-How will I know my order has shipped?

You will be notified at every step of the process. You will receive an email confirmation for order and for shipment. Please allow 3 to 7 days production time, as all items need to be customized to your requirements. Delivery dates might change due to external circumstances - such as weather and holidays.

-Please note:

Since we aim for perfection, we do not ship customized items with sub par quality. If your items do not pass our quality inspection, they must be remade which could delay the delivery time with 1-2 days.
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and college dormitories. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico may exceed stated delivery times.
At the moment, we do not support overnight shipping.
